We spend so much time thinking over stuff that has happened in the past, or worrying about things that may happen in the future, that often we actually forget to appreciate or enjoy the moment. Mindfulness is a way of bringing us back to experience life as it happens.

Wirral UNISON are running a 3 hour Mindfulness course, on
Saturday 6th February 2016, 9.30-12.30pm.

Deaf Awareness Training Sessions Wednesday 6th April – FREE to UNISON members
In partnership with the Manchester Deaf Centre, we are offering deaf awareness training sessions for our members in the North West.
The date is Wednesday 6th April 2016.
There are 2 sessions available to choose from:
10am – 1pm and 2pm – 5pm. Please specify your requested time on your application form.
